1、 Core structure and working principle
Three roller full drive: The upper roller is fixed, and the two lower rollers rise and fall synchronously along the arc trajectory. All three rollers are active rollers, providing sufficient torque.
Hydraulic drive: The lower roller lifting is driven by a hydraulic cylinder, which is combined with an electronic/numerical control system to achieve precise positioning.
Pre bending principle: By the displacement of the lower roller arc, the two ends of the sheet are pre bent under asymmetric force without the need for auxiliary equipment.
